The elaborate mechanisms of the body and mind, and a belief that touch and movement can impact our physical and emotional wellbeing, led me to the vocation of therapeutic bodywork.

My initial basic training in massage was at the School of Thai Yoga Massage in London and I pursued further studies and advanced courses in Greece, Thailand and Bali. I completed my studies in Reflexology at the International Institute of Reflexology, UK and attended various postgraduate trainings in the Advanced Reflexology Techniques of Tony Porter and Dr Manzanares Method of Reflexology in London and in Maternity Reflexology with Maurico Kruchik in Israel .

An artist at heart, with a former academic background in Fine Arts from Central Saint Martins College, the body is my other medium, where I aspire to transmit peace and timelessness through my touch and presence.

It is my aspiration to continue developing further my knowledge and understanding of therapeutic bodywork techniques as a means to achieving balance and well-being.
